目的：本研究将对药品使用过程中的不良反应进行分析，并提出相应的安全用药措施。方法纳入200例我院2011年11月至2012年11月所收治的住院患者为对照组，另选200例我院2013年2月至2014年2月所收治的住院患者为观察组，比较两组患者的药物不良反应发生率。结果两组中各科室住院患者的不良反应发生率差异明显，有统计学意义，P＜0.05。结论在对各科住院患者进行临床用药时，通过对药用情况进行合理规划，不仅可以降低患者的不良反应发生率，而且还可以提高用药安全性，为患者的临床治疗奠定良好的基础。%Objective To analyze the adverse reactions during drug-using and to proposed corresponding medication safety measures. Methods Selected 200 cases of inpatients from our hospital from November 2011 to November 2012 as control group and selected 200 cases of inpatients from our hospital from February 2013 to February 2014 as observation group. Compared the two group’s incidence of adverse reactions. Results The difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between these two group was signiifcant, which has statistical signiifcant. Conclusion When using clinical medicine, planning medicinal situation rationally can not only decrease the patient’s incidence of adverse but also can improve the safety of drug-using, and settle a good foundation for patient’s clinical treatment at the same time.
