Objective To investigate the correlation between hypertension and the internal diameter of left atrium in patients with atrial fibrillation. Methods In our hospital, 86 cases of essential hypertension as a group, essential hypertension with atrial ifbrillation in 50 patients as a group, the two groups underwent echocardiography, left atrial diameter, left ventricular ejection fraction. Results The primary hypertension with atrial ifbrillation in patients with left atrial diameter was signiifcantly higher than that of pure primary left atrial diameter in patients with hypertension, primary hypertension patients with atrial ifbrillation ejection fraction were lower than that of patients with essential hypertension. Conclusion Primary hypertension patients with left atrial diameter is closely related to the occurrence of atrial ifbrillation.%目的：探讨原发性高血压患者左心房内径变化与心房纤颤的相关性。方法选择在我院就诊的原发性高血压患者86例为一组，原发性高血压合并心房纤颤的患者50例为一组，两组均行心脏超声检测，检测左房内径，左室射血分数。结果原发性高血压合并心房纤颤的患者左房内径明显高于单纯性原发性高血压患者左房内径，原发性高血压合并心房纤颤患者射血分数明显低于单纯性原发性高血压患者。结论原发性高血压患者左房内径与心房纤颤的发生密切相关。
