Objective Investigate the nursing points after total knee replacement, and provide basis for clinical nursing effective. Methods 54 patients with knee arthroplasty postoperative nursing measures were retrospectively analyzed. Results The nursing of incision drainage nursing, including nursing measures after postoperative pain after total knee replacement, patients of limb blood circulation, guide the joint function, muscle strength training, diet, psychological comfort, nursing. This group of patients recovered well, the wound healed, no bleeding, fester, motion of knee joint and muscle strength is normal, no serious complications occurred. Conclusion The nursing of artificial knee joint replacement is key to the success of the operation and knee rehabilitation, should take comprehensive nursing mode, and ensure the efficient nursing.%目的：总结探讨人工膝关节置换术后的护理要点，为临床合理有效的护理提供依据。方法对我院收治54例膝关节置换术术后护理措施回顾性分析。结果膝关节置换术后护理措施包括疼痛护理、术后切口引流的护理，患肢血循环的观察，指导关节功能、肌力恢复训练、饮食调节、心理安抚等护理配合。本组患者恢复较好，伤口均一期愈合，无出血、化脓，膝关节活动度和肌力正常，无严重并发症发生。结论人工膝关节置换术术后护理是手术成功和患者膝关节功能康复的关键，应采取综合全面的护理模式，确保护理的高效性。
