目的：探讨老年急性阑尾炎患者围手术期的护理方法，总结其经验。方法回顾分析2010年1月至2012年12月收治的47例老年急性阑尾炎患者的临床资料，早期诊断，积极手术治疗，根据老年人的心理和生理特点采取针对性的护理措施。结果47例患者手术顺利，4例出现切口感染，保守治疗二期愈合，无其他并发症，患者均康复出院。结论根据老年患者的病情及心理特点，采取有针对性的围手术期护理措施，能够减少并发症，缩短患者住院日期，提高患者的治疗效果。%Objective To explore the nursing methods for the patients with peri operation period of the elderly patients with acute appendicitis, sum up its experience. Method Retrospective analysis of clinical data from January 2010 to December 2012, 47 cases of acute appendicitis in elderly patients to early diagnosis, operation treatment, corresponding nursing measures were taken according to the psychological and physiological characteristics of the elderly. Results The 47 cases of patients with a smooth operation, incision infection occurred in 4 patients, two healed with conservative treatment, no other complications patients were discharged. Conclusion According to the elderly patients and the psychological characteristics, to take targeted peri operation period nursing measures, can reduce complications, shorten the length of the date patients, improve patient outcomes.
