目的：分析探究在产科护理中母婴床旁护理模式的应用效果。方法把在我院分娩的200对母婴随机分为两组，对照应用常规护理，观察组患者应用母婴床旁护理，由专业的母婴护理人员在床旁护理，对比分析两组的产妇对及其家属对于护理的满意程度和对母婴护理方法的掌握。结果观察组的产妇及其家属护理满意度和对母婴护理方法的掌握明显优于对照组，且 P ＜0.05。结论母婴床旁护理可以有效提高产妇及其家属的护理满意程度，帮助产妇及其家属更好的掌握护理技能。%Objective To explore the application effect analysis in obstetric nursing mother infant bedside nursing mode. Methods In 200 mother infant pairs were randomly divided into two groups of production, control using conventional nursing, the observation group application of mother infant bedside nursing, the maternal and child care professional in bedside care, comparative analysis of two groups of maternal and their families to the satisfaction degree of nursing and the nursing methods of control. Results The group of pregnant women and their family members to care of mother and infant care satisfaction and grasp the method was better than the control group, and P<0.05. Conclusion Mother infant bedside nursing can effectively improve maternal and family nursing satisfaction, help to better maternal and their families to master the nursing skills.
