Objective To explore the nursing intervention to improve the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) oxygen cure effect and the influence of the quality of life. Methods Our hospital from January 2013 to January 2013 respiratory data for 90 patients with COPD were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 45 cases, observation group of patients with systemic nursing intervention, control group patients with routine nursing care, observation of two kinds of nursing mode of patients with oxygen cure effect and the influence of quality of life. Results The observation group of patients quality of life of each factor score is high, the index to improve lung function is better than that of control group, compare the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Systemic nursing intervention in patients with COPD, can improve the effect of oxygen therapy in patients with and the quality of life, is worth popularizing in clinical.%目的：探讨护理干预对提高慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）患者氧疗效果和生活质量的影响。方法我院2013年1月至2014年1月呼吸科收治的120例 COPD 患者的资料，随机分为观察组和对照组，各45例，观察组患者进行系统性护理干预，对照组患者进行常规护理，观察两种护理模式对患者氧疗效果及生活质量的影响。结果观察组患者生活质量各因子得分高、肺功能各指标改善优于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论对 COPD 患者进行系统性护理干预，能提高患者氧疗效果和生活质量，值得在临床推广。
