课堂中的“符号”--两节成人培训课程中师生互动情况的对比分析

         

摘要

随着整个社会对终身教育及终身学习日益重视,各种形式的成人培训活动也日渐蓬勃地开展起来,培训课堂作为成人培训活动的主要阵地之一,其重要性不言而喻。笔者观察了两节成人培训课堂的互动情况,从符号互动论的视角分析了成人培训课堂中的各种互动现象,发现,师生双方对于对方传递的符号意义的感知与理解影响着成人培训课堂的互动效果。%With the entire community of lifelong education and lifelong learning, constant attention, various forms of adult training activities are also increasingly vigorous unfolded, one of the main positions of classroom training as an adult training activities, and its importance is self-evident. I observed the interactions of two sections of adult training classes, from the per-spective of symbolic interaction theory analysis of adult training in a variety of classroom interaction phenomena, found that both teachers and students for the symbolic meaning of each transfer affects the the interactive effects of perception and understanding of adult training classes.
