藏语文是中华民族语言文字的重要组成部分，也是藏族人民的日常用语，要让农牧区的学生学会藏语显得特别重要。因此藏语文教师用适当的教学方式也非常重要。本文就从教学方式进行阐述：赞美学生，培养学生的兴趣、爱好，鼓励学生实现自我价值，促进学生个性发展，分析心理特点，为学生提供广阔的语言环境，发扬中华民族的传统美德，进而让藏民族语言文字发扬光大。%The Tibetan language is, the national language, and is also an important part of the Tibetan people＇s everyday language of the village and herding area, let the student to learn the language is very important, so the Tibetan language teachers with proper teaching way also is very important.
