In order to explore the effects of coal mining on land use change and provide a reference for land governance in high ground-water level mining area,Taking a high ground-water level mining area in Huainan as a case,the authors used MSP to simulate and predict the coal mining subsidence and ponding according to the 2008-2035 mining plan.ArcGIS and Excellsoftware were used to build the land use transition matrix before and after mining,and then the impact of coal mining on land use was analyzed. Results:it was predicted that nearly half of the land subsiding into water after coal mining of 28 years. The influence on arable land was the greatest.After the coal mining,5 1 .1 9 % arable land would subside into water and could not be cultivated with direct economic loss about 1 2 1 million Yuan annually.It was recommended to taking repairing measures with coal mining,so as to keep the normal level of arable land.%为了解高潜水位矿区煤炭开采对土地利用变化的影响和土地治理提供参考,以安徽淮南某煤矿为例,根据矿山2008-2035年的开采计划,利用MSPS软件模拟预测采煤沉陷及积水情况,通过 ArcGIS和Excel软件构建矿区开采前后的土地利用转移矩阵,进而分析煤炭开采对土地利用的影响。结果表明:该矿区28年的煤炭开采,预计将导致近一半土地塌陷入水中,其中对耕地的影响最大,开采后将导致51.19%的耕地(1547.69 hm2)出现积水而无法耕种,预计每年直接经济损失达1.21亿元。应采取边采边复技术保证复垦后耕地的生产力水平,使其尽快恢复到正常水平。
