320 serum samples collected from Zunyi were detected by using the enzyme linked immunosorbent assay to understand the state of Toxoplasmosis infection in dogs in Zunyi.Result:The antibody positive rate of Toxoplasmosis is 12.5％.There is no significant difference in antibody positive rate between rural dogs and urban pet dogs (P>0.05).There is no significant difference in antibody positive rate between male and female dogs (P>0.05).The Toxoplasmosis antibody positive rate of dogs rises with increase of dog age but there is no significant difference between dogs with different age (P>0.05).%为了解遵义地区犬弓形虫病的感染情况, 应用酶联免疫吸附试验对遵义地区收集的320份犬血清样本进行了检测.结果表明:遵义地区犬弓形虫抗体阳性率为12.5％;农村田园犬与市区宠物犬的抗体阳性率差异不显著 (P>0.05);不同性别犬的阳性率差异不显著 (P>0.05);随年龄增长, 弓形虫抗体的阳性率升高, 但差异不显著 (P>0.05).
