Objective To evaluate the efficacy of combination of famciclovir and semiconductor laser in the treatment of herpes zoster. Methods A total of 60 cases of herpes zoster, who admitted to Department of Dermatology of the Third People's Hospital of Shenzhen from Jan. 2016 to Dec. 2016 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with 14 d 250 mg/times, 3 times/d, and the course of treatment was 14 d. The observation group was treated with semiconductor laser radiation based on the treatment of the control group. The wavelength was 810 nm/980 nm, daily 15 min, and the course of treatment was 14 d. The curative effect, the time of the disappearance of the blisters, the time of the pain relief, the time of complete scab and the sequela of neuralgia were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.7%, which was significantly higher than 80.0% of the control group (P<0.05). The blister disappearing time, pain relief time and completely scabby time in the observation group were (4.36±1.28) d, (3.56±1.21) d, (5.28±1.76) d, respectively, which were significantly shorter than corresponding (5.95±1.64) d, (6.25±1.81) d, (7.98±2.35) d in the control group (P<0.05). After one year of follow-up, the incidences of neuralgia in the observation group after 3, 6, 12 months were 6.7%, 3.3%and 0, respectively, which were significantly lower than corresponding 26.7%, 20.0%and 13.3%in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of famciclovir and semiconductor laser radiation has good curative effect in the treatment of herpes zoster, which is worthy of clinical application.%目的 探讨泛昔洛韦联合半导体激光照射治疗带状疱疹的疗效.方法 选择2016年1~12月间深圳市第三人民医院皮肤科诊治的60例带状疱疹患者为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为观察组和对照组各30例.对照组应用泛昔洛韦250 mg/次,3次/d,疗程14 d,观察组在其基础上应用半导体激光照射治疗,波长810 nm,每日15min,疗程14 d.比较两组患者的治疗效果、水疱消失时间、疼痛缓解时间、完全结痂时间及后遗神经痛情况.结果 观察组患者的治疗总有效率为96.7%,明显高于对照组的80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组和对照组患者的水疱消失时间[(4.36±1.28)d vs(5.95±1.64)d]、疼痛缓解时间[(3.56±1.21)d vs(6.25±1.81)d]及完全结痂时间[(5.28±1.76)d vs(7.98±2.35)d]比较,观察组均明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访一年,观察组患者治疗后3个月、6个月及12个月的后遗神经痛发生率分别为6.7%、3.3%和0,明显低于对照组的26.7%、20.0%和13.3%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 泛昔洛韦联合半导体激光照射治疗带状疱疹的具有良好的疗效,值得临床推广应用.
