Objective To understand the status quo of professional knowledge and skills of young managers in hospitals. Methods A questionnaire was designed with 17 indexes for professional knowledge and skills evalua-tion on the basis of literature review and expert consultation, and young managers in 13 tertiary hospitals in Jiangsu province were surveyed. Results The respondents consider that the professional knowledge and skills were very im-portant to young managers in hospitals, but the score of the status quo was significantly lower than that of importance (P<0.01). Conclusion Hospitals should strengthen the professional knowledge and skills training for the young man-agers in all aspects, and improve the training mechanism.%目的：了解医院青年管理人员职业知识与技能的现状。方法在查阅文献、专家访谈咨询的基础上设计调查问卷，其中涉及职业知识与技能的指标项目共17项，向江苏省13家三级医院专兼职管理人员发放调查问卷。结果调查对象对医院青年管理人员职业知识与技能各项目指标的重要性评分都非常高，但对现状的评分显著低于对相应项目重要性的评分(P<0.01)。结论医院应加强对青年管理人员职业知识与技能各方面的培养，并完善相关培养机制。
