辛伐他汀对慢性阻塞性肺疾病肺功能的影响及作用机制研究

         

摘要

Objective To observe the effect of simvastatin on pulmonary function and levels of IL-6, TNF-α, NO in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in stationary phase. Methods Forty patients with COPD in stationary phase were randomly divided into simvastatin group and control group. Patients in the control group (n=20) were treated with conventional therapy, and those in the simvastatin group were given oral simvastatin 20 mg on the basis of routine treatment, once per night. The course of treatment was 6 months. Pulmonary function and levels of IL-6, TNF-α, NO were measured before and after treatment. Results The difference in the pulmonary function, levels of IL-6, TNF-α, NO between the two group before treatment were not statistically significant (P<0.05). After 6 months of treatment, the pulmonary function of the simvastatin group were significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Serum levels of IL-6, TNF-α in the simvastatin group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05), while the level of NO were significantly higher (P<0.05). Conclusion Simvastatin can reduce levels of IL-6, TNF-α in patients with COPD, elevate levels of NO, and slow the decline of lung function.%目的 观察辛伐他汀对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者肺功能及血清中炎症因子IL-6、TNF-α、NO的影响.方法 将40 例确诊为COPD稳定期的患者随机分为两组,对照组予常规治疗,试验组在常规治疗的基础上加用辛伐他汀20 mg,每晚1 次,疗程均为6 个月,于治疗前后分别检测两组患者的肺功能、血清中IL-6、TNF-α、NO的水平.结果 治疗前两组肺功能、血清中IL-6、TNF-α、NO的水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组在治疗6 个月后肺功能高于对照组(P<0.05),血清中IL-6、TNF-α水平较对照组低(P<0.05),NO水平较对照组高(P<0.05).结论 辛伐他汀能够降低COPD患者IL-6、TNF-α水平,升高NO的水平,延缓肺功能的下降.
