Objective To explore the clinical value of ultrasound elastography guided superficial metastatic lymph node. Methods Seventy-two patients of malignant tumor and superficial lymphadenopathy from January 2010 to December 2012 were randomly divided into the study group and the control group, with 36 patients in each group. Blood routine and blood coagulation time were tested before biopsy. The study group punctured under the ultrasound elastography, and the control group under the conventional ultrasound. The success rate and accurate rate were analyzed between the two groups. Results The success rate and accuracy were 100% and 94.44% in the study group, significantly higher than those in the control group (91.67% and 88.89%), P<0.05. Conclusion The success rate and accuracy of puncturing superficial metastatic lymph node under ultrasound elastography were higher, compared with under the conventional ultrasound, which could reduce the number of puncture and detect malignant tumor metastasis early. It had high clinical significance and worth to be extended in clinical application.%目的 探讨超声弹性成像引导下浅表转移性淋巴结穿刺活检的临床价值.方法 收集两所医院从2010 年1 月至2012 年12 月收治的72 例有恶性肿瘤病史且伴浅表淋巴结肿大的患者,随机分成两组各36 例,对两组患者在行穿刺前均先做血常规及出、凝血时间检验,研究组采用超声弹性成像引导下穿刺活检取样,对照组采用常规超声引导下穿刺活检取样,对两组方法的取样成功率和准确率进行统计分析.结果 研究组取样成功率为100%,诊断准确率为94.44%;对照组取样成功率为91.67%,诊断准确率为88.89%,研究组取样成功率和诊断准确率要明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 采用超声弹性成像引导下浅表转移性淋巴结穿刺活检取样成功率和诊断准确率均高于常规超声引导下浅表转移性淋巴结穿刺活检,且可以减少穿刺活检进针次数,对于恶性肿瘤的转移能够及早发现,有较高的临床意义和社会价值,值得在临床中推广应用.
