目的 观察经右颈内静脉与经左锁骨下静脉行紧急床旁心脏起搏的临床效果.方法 60 例需紧急起搏的患者经右颈内静脉或经左锁骨下静脉置入临时起搏器,对两种静脉入路的手术时间及电极导线置入深度进行比较.结果 经右颈内静脉组手术时间较短,导线置入深度较短,与左锁骨下静脉组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 经右颈内静脉行紧急床旁心脏起搏具有快捷、高效等较多优点,可优先选用.%Objective To compare the clinical effect of emergency bedside cardiac pacing via right internal jugular vein and left subclavian vein. Methods Sixty patients received temporary pacemaker via right internal jugular vein or left subclavian vein. The operation duration and the insertion depth of electrode cable were compared. Results The duration was significantly shorter, and the insertion depth was significantly shorter in the group via right internal jugular vein, compared with the group via left subclavian vein. (P<0.05). Conclusion Emergency bedside cardiac pacing via right internal jugular vein is timely and effective, which can be selected in preference.
