Objective To evaluate the efficacy and nursing care of electric ion and interferon combined with famciclovir in the treatment of condyloma accuminatum. Methods One hundred patients with condyloma accuminatum were randomly divided into the study group (50 patients) and the control group (50 patients). The control group was treated by electric ion and interferon, while the study group was treated by electric ion and interferon combined with famciclovir. The two groups were cared by varied measures. Results The cure rate of was 88.0% in the study group and 72.0% in the control group, showing statistically significant diffferece (P0.05). The recurrence rate was 12.0% in the study group and 28.0% in the control group, with statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of electric ion and interferon as well as famciclovir plus favorable nursing care can improve the efficacy for treating condyloma accuminatum, which is worthy to be popularized.%目的 探讨采用电离子与干扰素联合泛昔洛韦治疗尖锐湿疣患者的效果及护理.方法 将100例门诊尖锐湿疣患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例,对照组采用电离子联合干扰素治疗,治疗组在采用上述治疗方法的基础上,同时口服泛昔洛韦片,两组均实施各种护理措施.结果 治疗组治愈率为88.0％,对照组治愈率为72.0％;治疗组复发率为12.0％;对照组复发率为28.0％,两组患者的治愈率和复发率比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 电离子与干扰素联合泛昔洛韦配合良好的护理措施可提高尖锐湿疣的治疗效果,值得临床推广应用.
