目的 分析中医辨证治疗痤疮的临床治疗效果,评价其临床应用价值.方法 收集2011年1月至2012年1月期间我院中医皮肤科收治的痤疮患者共180例,按随机数字法分为中医组100例和西医组80例,中医组采用中医辨证治疗法按不同分型给予相应的中医配方进行治疗,西医组给予常规西药治疗,治疗后对两组临床治疗情况进行分析比较.结果 中医组治疗的有效率为91.0％,高于西医组的67.5％,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05);中医组不良反应发生率及复发率分别为3.0％、4.4％,均低于西医组,差异均具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 中医辨证治疗痤疮,具有较强的针对性,其临床疗效显著,复发率低,预后良好,具有良好的临床应用价值.%Objective To analyze the clinical effect of dialectical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) for treating acne. Methods A total of 180 patients of acne admitted to our hospital from January 2011 to January 2012 were collected and randomly divided into two group, the TCM group (n=100) and the western medicine group (n=80). Paitents in the TCM group were treated with dialectical treatment of TCM, which were given corresponding formula of TCM for treatment according to different types. Patients in the western medicine group received conventional western medicine. After treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results The effective rate of the TCM group was 91.0%, significantly higher than 67.5% in the western medicine group (P<0.05). In the TCM group, the incidence of adverse events and recurrence rates were 3.0% and 4.4%, significantly lower than those in the western medicine group (P<0.05). Conclusion Dialectical treatment of TCM is highly targeted for treating acne, with signifiant clinical efficacy, lower recurrence rate, good prognosis.
