Objective To investigate the efficacy of mecobalamin combined with nimodipine in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN). Methods One hundred and sixteen patients with DPN were randomly divided into the study group (n=58, treated by mecobalamin combined with nimodipine) and the control group (n=58, treated with mecobalamin), for sixty days. The clinical efficacy were evaluated by the physical symptoms, the degree of sensory disturbance and the reflex speed. Results Compared with before treatment, the motor conduction velocity and sensory conduction velocity of the median nerve and the peroneal nerve showed statistically significant difference after treatment (P0.05). And the total efficiency of the study group and the control group were 96.6% and 70.7%, respectively, revealing statistically significant difference between the two groups (P0.01). Conclusion Mecobalamin combined with nimodipine is quite effective for treatment of DPN, which is worthy to be recommended.%目的 探讨甲钴胺联合尼莫地平对糖尿病周围神经病变(DNP)的临床疗效.方法 将116例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为两组,治疗组(n=58)采用甲钴胺+尼莫地平进行治疗,对照组(n=58)采用甲钴胺进行治疗,疗程60 d,根据治疗前后肢体症状、感觉障碍的程度和神经反射速度的测定,分析其临床疗效.结果 治疗组患者治疗前后正中神经、腓总神经的运动神经传导速度和感觉神经传导速度比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P＜0.05);治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为96.6％和70.7％,差异具有显著统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 甲钴胺联合尼莫地平治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床疗效好,值得临床推荐.
