Based on concentration analysis, this paper comprehensively analyzed the fairness of radiological medical equipment alloca-tion in China from geographical and demographic aspects. The results showed that the concentration of radiation medical equipment re-sources in Heilongjiang, Gansu, Qinghai, Xinjiang, Yunnan, Inner Mongolia and Tibet were less than 1, and in the other provinces the con-centration were more than 1. Among them, the concentration in Beijing, Tianjin and Shanghai were far more than 1. In the eastern regions, the concentration of health resources were obviously greater than that of population. In the western regions, the concentration of health re-sources were generally smaller than that of population. Therefore, there are regional differences in the overall allocation of radiological med-ical equipment in China. The differences of fairness are obvious based on geographical distribution, and the fairness is poor based on popu-lation distribution. Macro-control measures should be taken to scientifically and reasonably allocate medical radiation equipment.%基于集聚度,从地理和人口方面综合分析我国放射医疗设备配置公平性.结果显示,黑龙江、甘肃、青海、新疆、云南、内蒙古、西藏放射医疗设备资源集聚度小于1,其余省份大于1,其中北京、天津、上海远远大于1;东部地区卫生资源集聚度明显大于人口集聚度,西部地区卫生资源集聚度基本小于人口集聚度.可见,我国放射医疗设备配置总体存在区域性差异,基于地理分布公平性差异较为明显,基于人口分布公平性总体较差.应采取宏观调控措施,科学合理配置放射医疗设备.
