To calculate the incremental cost-effectiveness ratio of endoscopic surgery, the information on clinical effect and cost of pa-tients undergoing radical prostatectomy and radical resection of cervical cancer in 6 public hospitals were collected retrospectively. The re-sults showed that endoscopic robot assisted treatment of prostate cancer could shorten the operation time and total hospital stay, but the total cost would be increased 15000 Yuan for each day of hospitalization reduced, of which 13000 Yuan was charged as out-of-pocket fees. More pelvic and abdominal lymph nodes could be dissected in the endoscope robot assisted treatment of cervical cancer, but the total cost of each additional pelvic and abdominal lymph node dissection was 17000 Yuan, of which 2269.5 Yuan was charged as out-of-pocket fees.%通过回顾性收集6所公立医院前列腺癌根治术患者和子宫颈癌根治术患者的住院期间临床效果和费用信息,计算内窥镜手术增量成本效果比.结果显示:内窥镜手术机器人辅助治疗前列腺癌,能缩短手术时间和总住院日,但每减少1天住院日需增加总费用1.5万元,其中自费费用1.3万元;内窥镜手术机器人辅助治疗子宫颈癌,能更多清扫盆腔和腹腔淋巴结,但每多清扫1个盆腔和腹腔淋巴结需增加总费用1.7万元,其中自费费用2269.5元.
