目的：探讨系统化管理对溃疡性结肠炎活动期患者疗效、心理状态及生活质量的影响。方法2012年（对照组）与2013年（观察组）溃疡性结肠炎活动期患者各50例，对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予系统化管理，比较两组患者治疗2周后疗效及护理干预前后心理状态及生活质量。结果治疗后，观察组有效率为94％，对照组为88％，两组差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）；两组患者心理状态SCL-90各因子、生活质量SF-36各因子均比治疗前显著改善，且观察组显著优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论系统化管理护理干预可提高溃疡性结肠炎治疗效果，改善其心理状态及生活质量。%Objective To understand the influence of systematic management on the treatment effect , mental status and quality of life of patients with active ulcerative colitis .Method The control group ( n=50) in 2012 were administered with conventional nursing while the experimental group ( n =50 ) in 2013 were given systematic management .The treatment efficacy , the mental state and the quality of life of the two groups were compared two weeks after treatment .Findings After treatment, the effective rate was 94% in the experimental group while that of the control group was 88%.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The psychological state of both groups of patients as indicated by factor SCL -90 and the quality of life of both groups as indicated by factor SF-36 significantly improved as compared with before treatment . The experimental group was significantly better than the control group in these aspects .The difference was statistically significant ( P<0 .05 ) .Conclusion Systematic management of nursing intervention can improve treatment of ulcerative colitis and improve their mental state and quality of life .
