目的：探讨未成年人人工流产患者的心理健康情况及身心护理方法。方法采用症状自评量表（ Symptom checklist，SCL-90）对45例未成年人工流产患者的心理健康状况进行调查分析，并根据调查结果进行个性化的术前、术中、术后身心护理措施。结果未成年人工流产患者在躯体化、人际关系敏感、焦虑、抑郁、恐惧项目上的得分高于全国常模（P＜0．05）；其中，焦虑、恐惧得分与常模差异最为显著（P＜0．01）。所有患者无术后并发症及人工流产综合征发生。结论未成年人工流产患者存在心理问题，给予针对性的身心护理干预，可有效帮助患者配合手术进行、加快术后恢复。%Objective Discussion of juvenile psychological health situation of artificial abortion and mental nursing method. Method Randomly selected to implement the painless artificial abortion on the site of the juvenile patients with 45 cases, using the symptom checklist ( SCL-90) to investigate and analyze the mental health status, and personalized according to the results of the preoperative, intraoperative, postoperative mental nursing measures.Findings Underage abortion in patients with somatization, interpersonal sensitivity, anxiety, depression, fear the project scored higher than the national norm (P<0.05);wherein, anxiety, fear and norm score had significant difference (P<0.01).All 45 patients have no postoperative complications and the incidence of artificial abortion syndrome.Conclusion Preoperative investigation and evaluation of the mental state of the patients expecting underage abortion and proper physical and psychological nursing intervention provided to them can effectively help the patients successfully go through operation, accelerate postoperative recovery and minimize resultant complications.
