杭州地区三甲医院护士工作授能研究

     

摘要

目的:了解杭州地区三甲医院护士工作授能的现状,并分析其影响因素。方法采用工作授能条件量表对杭州地区3家三甲医院护士进行问卷调查,采用单因素和多因素分析方法进行统计。结果三甲医院护士的工作授能得分为(16.33±3.58)分。单因素分析结果显示,不同学历、职称、用工性质、工作年限、月收入护士的工作授能得分有差异(P<0.05或P<0.01);多因素分析显示,职称越低、收入越低及合同护士的工作授能得分越低(P<0.01)。结论杭州地区三甲医院护士工作授能不高,职称、月收入及编制影响护士工作授能。%Objective To understand the status quo of the workplace empowerment of the nurses in the level 3 hospitals of Hangzhou city and the factors affecting their workplace empowerment.Method A workplace empowerment questionnaire was first used to score the empowerment of the nurses of three level 3 hospitals and then the results of the survey were statistically analyzed.Findings The score of workplace empowerment of nurses surveyed was ( 16.33 ±3.58 ) .Analysis showed that difference in education level, job position, job responsibility, length of work age, and salary could engender difference in workplace empowerment.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05 or P<0.01).The lower the job position and salary, the lower the score of empowerment.Conclusion The level of nurse’s workplace empowerment in the level 3 hospitals was low.Job position, salary and employment type are three factors affecting the nurses’ empowerment.
