目的：探讨术前访视对择期手术患者心理及机体应激状态的影响。方法将择期手术患者152例随机分为观察组、对照组各76例，对照组采用常规术前护理方法，观察组在对照组的基础上加强术前访视工作，比较两组患者的心理及机体应激状态。结果访视前两组患者的抑郁自评量表（SDS）与焦虑自评量表（SAS）评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）；入手术室时两组患者的SDS、SAS评分均明显降低，以观察组改善更为明显（P＜0．05）。访视前两组患者的血压、心率比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）；入手术室时两组患者的血压、心率值均明显降低，以观察组降低更为明显（P＜0．05）；观察组的手术并发症发生率为2．6％，明显低于对照组的13．2％，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论术前访视能够明显改善择期手术患者的心理状态，减少机体应激反应。%Objective To evaluate the influence of pre-operative interview on psychological and physical stress state of patientsundergoingelectivesurgery.Method 152patientsadmittedtoLeqingHospitalfromDecember2012toMay2013 for elective surgery were chosen as the research subjects .They were divided into an experimental group and a control group in accordance with the principle of informed consent and random number table , each consisting of 76 cases.The control group were given conventional preoperative care while the experimental group were administered with a pre -operative interview in addition to the conventional cared as given to the control group .The psychological and physical stress state of the two groups were compared .Findings The self-rating depression scale ( SDS) and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale ( SAS) scores of both groups before pre-operative interview were compared .The difference was not statistically significant ( P>0.05);The SDS, SAS scores of both groups when entering the operating room were significantly lower .The experimental group improved more significantly (P<0.05).The blood pressure, heart rate values of both groups before pre-operative interview were compared.The difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05);the blood pressure, heart rate values of two groups when entering the operating room were significantly lower , and the experimental group decreased more significantly (P<0.05); The complication rate of the experimental group was 2.6%, significantly lower than that of 13.2% in the control group.The difference was statistically significant between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion Pre-operative interview on patients for elective surgery can significantly improve the patient 's mental state , reduce the body's stress response , and conducive to successful completion of surgery .
