喷油器体的渗碳工艺与结果

         

摘要

Fuel injector body,made of 20CrMo steel,were carburized in a solid-gas mixed medium.It was found that,however,the case was outside carbide specification.For this reason,the fuel injector body carburized in a controlled atmosphere in place of the solid-gas mixed medium.The results showed that surface hardness,effective hardening depth,and microstructure of the case all conformed with the requirements,thus increasing service life of the fuel injector body.%20CrMo钢喷油器体采用固气混合介质渗碳,但渗层碳化物超出了标准。为此,采用控制气氛取代固气混合介质对该喷油器体进行了渗碳。结果表明,渗层的表面硬度、有效硬化深度和显微组织均达到了技术要求,提高了喷油器体的使用寿命。
