定宽压力机曲轴热处理工艺研究

         

摘要

Crankshaft is an important part of slab sizing press,and the heat treatment technology has important influence on the mechanical property and service cycle of crankshaft.This paper takes the crankshaft of slab sizing press as the research object,making the heat treatment technology process for crankshaft.A water-air gap cooling strategy is put forward.The finite element model was established using the numerical simulation software Deform,and the temperature,microstructure and stress filed during the cooling course was analyzed.The heat treatment technology process can avoid the surface crack phenomenon induced by the too fast cooling rate.Finally,a microstructure filed consists of martensite at the surface and bainite in the core can be obtained,which provides a basic condition for tempering and can meet the final requirement of mechanical properties.%曲轴是定宽压力机的关键部件之一,热处理工艺直接对曲轴最终力学性能与服役周期有重要影响.本文以某厂的定宽压力机曲轴为研究对象,制定了曲轴的热处理工艺路线,提出了水-空间隙冷却策略.应用数值模拟软件Deform建立其有限元模型,分析了冷却过程中曲轴的温度场、组织场与应力场.采用该工艺可防止冷却速度过快引起的锻件表面裂纹,得到表面为马氏体、心部为贝氏体的组织,为回火做好组织准备,能够满足锻件的组织性能要求.
