捞钢机是大方坯或矩形坯连铸机出坯系统的重要中转设备,其自身设备结构、 工作原理和控制策略直接影响出坯效率,关系到连铸生产节奏.本文以国内某钢厂大方坯连铸机为基础,讨论捞钢机的结构及工作原理,从实际生产角度,以位置控制规律和理想定位过程控制算法为基础,讨论捞钢机的运行策略,结果表明该策略提高了捞钢机的控制精度.%Lifting transfer conveyer is an important equipment for the continuous casting machine of bloom or rectangular billet .The structure, working principle and control scheme of the system directly affect the efficien -cy of the billet, and affect the production rhythm to the continuous casting production .In this paper, the struc-ture and working principle are discussed .From the actual production , with position control law and control algo-rithm based on ideal positioning process , the operation strategy of the lifting transfer conveyer is discussed .
