The bell-less top charging system is widely used for the blast furnace in ironmaking industry .As a critical component of the bell-less top charging system , the central throat has long been under the effection of impact abrasion and high temperature erosion .Firstly, the 3D model of the central throat was established , and the static mechanical analysis was performed by using the finite element software .Secondly , the static mechani-cal analysis results employed as the boundary conditions , the thermal-structural coupling analysis of the central throat was carried out .The analysis result illustrates that there is stress concentration around the corner of the upper part of the central throat .After structural improvements , the thermal stress is effectively reduced , and the impact abrasion and high temperature erosion of the central throat were declined too .%布料器是高炉无料钟炉顶装料设备的核心部件.中心喉管作为布料器的核心部件之一,长期受到炼铁原料的冲击磨损和炉顶高温的侵蚀.通过建立中心喉管三维模型,首先进行机械静力场分析;然后,将静力场分析结果作为热-结构耦合场分析的边界条件,对中心喉管进行热-结构耦合分析.分析结果显示中心喉管上端拐角处应力较大,有应力集中的现象.对中心喉管结构做出改进后,有效降低了此处的热应力应变,在一定程度上降低了中心喉管的磨损.
