基于离散元法螺旋卸料结构与物料出料特征研究

         

摘要

DRI竖炉出料装置是影响炉内DRI运行行为的重要因素,直接影响产品生产的经济性和工艺合理性.本文应用离散元法仿真方法,对六种出料结构形式下的物料下降速度分布和填充率进行模拟分析.计算结果表明螺旋出料料结构受料段的叶片外切线与主轴夹角、 螺距和螺旋叶片的外径都是炉底物料运行状态和填充率的影响因素.出料结构螺距为100 mm、 夹角为5°时填充率为50%,出料层速度差最小,数值为0.004 m/s,最满足物料运行要求.%The structure characteristics of the Direct Reduction Iron ( DRI ) shaft furnace discharging equip-ment has an important influence on discharging and materials smooth operation in the furnace , it directly affects the rationality and the economic benefit of DRI production process .Using the distinct element method software EDEM, the filling rates and solid material velocity of six different spiral discharging structures are studied in the work.The results found that the diameter of spiral blade , pitch and the angle of blade outside tangent with con-veyor main shaft in the feed zone have an influence on the filling rate and the velocity of solid material in fur -nace bottom.When the angle is 5°and the smallest pitch is 100 mm, the smallest material layer down velocity difference is 0.004 m/s, and the filling rates of the screw conveyor is 50%.This meet the requirements of the smooth operation in the shaft furnace .
