The fine management is very important in the general contracting project signing contract.The design institute has a unique advantage in the engineering overall contract,this paper analysis the processes in the overall contract signing,equipment procurement contract signing,sub contract signing,in which several details should be treated carefully.It is suggested that design level and site fine management of overall contracting.%精细化在总承包工程签订合同中中有着非常重要的地位。本文探讨了设计单位从事工程总承包具备得天独厚的优势，分析了签订总承包合同、设备采购合同签订、分包合同签订、必须慎重处理的几个细节及总包合同的税务问题，应重视总承包工程的设计水平和现场管理工作的精细化。
