由于风力发电对齿轮箱的重量和可靠性要求非常高,本文在Workbench环境下对齿轮箱扭力臂进行了建模,通过有限元分析,对齿轮箱扭力臂上的危险点进行了强度优化,使整体齿轮箱既满足安全系数要求,也降低了重量,最终达到国际认证GL及IEC的标准要求。%Since the request of windpower gearbox weight and reliability is very high,so based on Workbench software,this article created the model of the torque arm,used FEA method,optimized the critical point strength.Then the whole gearbox structure meet the requirement of safety factor,and the weight was reduced as well,finally the gearbox reached grade the certification GL and IEC standards.
