钢管铣头倒棱机的设计

         

摘要

一种新型钢管铣头倒棱机,通过刀具的自转和公转实现钢管端面的铣头倒棱加工,并在结构中设计了齿轮随动机构和外仿形机构,使其沿钢管公转的同时能径向移动,增大了钢管直径及壁厚的加工范围,提高了自动化及加工效率,是大口径钢管精加工中一种实用高效的设备。%A new design of milling head chamfering machine is designed,which achieved through Cutter's au-tobiography and revolution realizing steel end-surface head machining chamfering,while the design of the gear servo mechanism and the outside profile modeling have been added in the structure,making its along pipe revo-lution of which can move in the radial direction,increasing the pipe diameter and wall thickness of the process-ing range,improving the automation and efficiency of processing,it is a practical and efficient equipment for large diameter steel pipe processing.
