GH738合金在不同变形条件下的再结晶过程

         

摘要

The influence of temperature and strain on microstructuie of GH738 alloy was researched by using hot compressing of double-cone samples. The evolution of the alloy in dynamic recrystallized crystallite size, recrystallization volume friction and average crystallite dimension under different deformation conditions were investigated. The investigation provided a theoretical base for the determination of hot process of GH738 allay. The research result shows that the dynamic recrystallized grain size increases with the increase of temperature, the recrystallization volume friction decreses with the decrease of deformation, the large volume friction of re-crystallization and equiaxial recrystallization grain size can be obtained at 1120℃ under a certain condition, and the microstructures with uniformity crystallite size can be achieved when the heating temperature is in the range of 1000 - 1140℃: and deformation is larger than 28%.%通过压缩锥形试样研究了温度和变形程度对CH738合金微观组织的影响,分析了不同变形程度下,合金的再结晶晶粒尺寸、再结晶体积分数和平均晶粒尺寸的演化情况,为制定GH738合金热态变形工艺提供了理论依据.研究结果表明,随着温度升高,再结晶晶粒尺寸变大;随变形程度减小,再结晶体积分数逐渐减小.在不同变形程度下,在1120℃温度时变形可获得较高的再结晶体积分数和较均匀的再结晶晶粒尺寸;当加热温度1100~1140℃范围内,变形程度大于28%时,可以获得晶粒尺寸较为均匀的微观组织.
