目的：观察补肺益肾汤治疗缓解期支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法将70例支气管哮喘缓解期患者随机分为2组。对照组35例予布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂、沙丁胺醇气雾剂治疗，治疗组35例予补肺益肾汤口服治疗。2组均14 d为1个疗程，疗程间隔1周，3个疗程后统计疗效，并观察2组治疗前后血清白细胞介素-5（ IL-5）、IL-8、肿瘤坏死因子-α（ TNF-α）、血清一氧化氮（ NO）浓度、γ-干扰素（ IFN-γ）、IL-4及IFN-γ/IL-4比较变化情况。结果2组治疗后血清IL-5、IL-8、TNF-α、 NO浓度、IFN-γ、IL-4及IFN-γ/IL-4均降低，而与本组治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义（P＜0．05），2组治疗后组间比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。结论补肺益肾汤治疗支气管哮喘缓解期疗效确切，与布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂、沙丁胺醇气雾剂比较具有同样的疗效。%Objective To observe the clinical effect of Bufeiyishen decoction on the treatment of bronchial asthma remission.Methods 70 cases of bronchial asthma remission were randomly divided into two groups .35 cases in control group received treatment of budesonide inhalant and Salbutamol .35 cases in treatment group were treated by Bufeiyishen decoction on the basis of control group treatment .The course was 14 day in two groups .Treatment interval was one week;the statistical effects were finished after three courses .The changes of IL-5,IL-8,NO,TNF-a,IFN-r,IL-4 and IFN -r /IL-4 levels were observed before and after treatment .Results There were significant differences between before and after treatment on the serum levels of IL -5,IL-8,NO,TNF-a,IFN-r,IL-4 and IFN-r /IL-4(P<0.05).These were decreased after treatment in two groups .There was no significant difference between two groups on the serum levels of IL -5,IL-8,NO,TNF-a,IFN-r,IL-4 and IFN-r /IL-4(P>0. 05 ) .Conclusion Bufeiyishen decoction has definite effect and same effect compared with budesonide inhalant ,sal-butamol on the treatment of bronchial asthma remission .
