目的：观察化浊清毒法治疗溃疡性结肠炎（ UC）的临床疗效及对患者生活质量的影响。方法将符合轻、中度UC活动期及中医辨证属湿热内蕴证的患者60例，随机分为2组。治疗组30例给予中药化浊清毒方加减口服配合中药保留灌肠治疗，对照组30例予口服美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗。2组疗程均为6个月，观察中医证候疗效、综合疗效及治疗前后生活质量评分。结果2组患者中医证候疗效及综合疗效比较差异均无统计学意义（ P＞0．05）。治疗组治疗后SF-36量表各项指标均明显增高，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；对照组治疗后各指标均增高，但在总体健康、活力、情感职能、精神健康方面比较差异无统计学意义（ P ＞0．05），在生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、社会功能、健康变化方面比较差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。治疗组治疗后躯体疼痛、人总体健康、精力、社会功能、精神健康、健康变化与对照组治疗后比较差异均有统计学意义（P＜0．05），治疗组生活质量改善优于对照组。结论化浊清毒法治疗UC活动期湿热内蕴证安全有效，且对生活质量的改善优于美沙拉嗪。%Objective To observe the effect of Huazhuo Qingdu prescription on the clinical efficacy and quality of life of patients with ulcerative colitis .Methods With light,moderate active ulcerative colitis and TCM damp heat syndrome in 60 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups.30 cases in treatment group were treated with Chinese traditional medicine Huazhuo Qingdu Decoction oral and retention enema with Chinese medicine treatment ;30 patients in control group were treated Mesalazin Enteric -coated Tablets ( Sha Erfu)4 g/d,The 2 groups were treated for 6 months.The curative effect of TCM syndrome ,comprehensive therapeutic effect and quality of life score before and after treatment were observed .Results Differences between the 2 groups of patients and efficacy of TCM syn-drome curative effect had no statistical significance (P>0.05).Before and after treatment in all indexes in the treat-ment group differences were statistically significant (P<0.05),the control group before and after treatment in general health,vitality,emotional function,mental change comparison (P>0.05),without statistical significance ,compared to the physiological function,physiological role,bodily pain,social functioning,health change (P<0.05),a statistical significance.After treatment,body pain,general health,energy,social function,mental health,health changes compared with the control group after treatment ,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05),with significant differ-ence,indicate that treatment group is better than control group in improving quality of life .Conclusion Huazhuo Qingdu prescription in the treatment of active UC endoretention of damp heat syndrome is safe and effective ,and the quality of life is better than beauty salad diazoxide .
