Objective To explore the Xueshuantong injection prevention on lower extremity deep venous thrombosis after the operation of bone.Methods The composition , function and mechanism of thrombosis injection were further studied .Results Blood clots injection can reduce the viscosity of blood , inhibit thrombosis , and prevent vein endothelial injury .Conclusion Xueshuangtong injection can effec-tively prevent orthopaedic lower extremity deep venous thrombosis after the operation .%目的：探讨血栓通注射液在预防骨科手术后下肢深静脉血栓的临床效果。方法通过对血栓通注射液的组成成分、功效、作用机理进行深入研究。结果血栓通注射液可降低血液的粘稠度、抑制血栓发生、防止静脉内膜损伤。结论血栓通注射液能够有效预防骨科手术后下肢深静脉血栓。
