目的:探讨研究抗骨质增生汤在颈腰椎骨质增生治疗中的临床效果.方法:选择2013-01～2015-01于本院就诊的60例颈腰椎骨质增生患者,30例对照组患者采用骨刺片联合布洛芬治疗,观察组予以抗骨质增生汤治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后的VAS评分和治疗效果.结果:治疗前两组患者VAS评分无显著性差异,治疗后观察组患者VAS评分显著低于对照组,两组患者比较有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组患者的总有效率96.7％,对照组为80.0％,观察组患者治疗效果显著优于对照组,两组患者比较有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组患者的不良反应发生率3.2％,对照组为20.00％,观察组患者发生率显著低于对照组,两组患者比较有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:在颈腰椎骨质增生患者治疗中应用抗骨质增生汤,可显著提升患者治疗总有效率,减缓患者的疼痛程度,降低不良反应的发生率,获得理想的治疗效果,值得在临床上大力推广.%Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of resistance study bone hyperplasia decoction in treating cervical lumbar bone hyperplasia.Methods: 60 patients with cervical lumbar bone hyperplasia from January 2013 to January 2015 in our hospital were chosen;30 cases of control group were treated by bone spurs with ibuprofen therapy;and the observation group was treated with fight bone hyperplasia decoction.The VAS score and therapeutic effect in two groups of patients before and after treatment were compared.Results: VAS score in two groups before treatment were no significant difference.While VAS score after treatment group was significantly lower than the control group,and the differences were statistical significance(P<0.05).In observation group,the total effective rate was 96.7％,and control group was 80.0％.The treatment effect in observation group is significantly better than the control group,and two groups of patients were compared with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was 3.2％,control group was 20.00％.The incidence of observation group of patients was significantly lower than control group,and two groups of patients were compared with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion: Bone hyperplasia soup can significantly improve patients with total clinical effect in treatment of cervical lumbar bone hyperplasia,and reduce the degree of pain relief and the incidence of adverse reactions,and achieve the desired therapeutic effect,which is worthy of promoting in clinic.
