目的：探讨穿透性角膜移植患者术后的给予中医护理效果。方法以2013－04～2016－04在我院收治行手术治疗的给予角膜移植患者160例为研究对象，按照随机分配原则，分为正常组和中医组，每组80例。正常组给予一般性常规性护理，中医组则给予中医学护理，对比分析两组患者术后护理的效果及不良反应的并发率。结果：患者术后给予中医护理组患者术后痊愈率明显高于采用一般常规护理的正常组患者，术后不适感、感染率、并发症的发生率等均明显小于正常组，差异具有一定的统计学意义（ P ＜0．05）。结论：患者术后通过中医护理，能够缩短角膜移植术治疗患者术后减少不适感、感染率、并发症的发生率，改善了患者术后的生活质量，缩短了康复时间。%Objective:To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on patients with pene-trating corneal transplantation.Methods:160 cases of corneal transplantation were treated with surgery in our hos-pital from April 2016 to April 2013.The patients were divided into normal group and traditional Chinese medicine group according to the principle of random distribution, with 80 cases in each group.Normal group were given gen-eral routine nursing, traditional Chinese medicine group were given general nursing.The effect and adverse reaction rate of two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:Patients treated with Chinese medicine nursing,the cure rate was significantly higher than the conventional nursing care patients in the control group; while postoperative discomfort, infection rate and complication occurrence rate were obviously lower than those in the normal group, and the differences were of statistical significance (P <0.05).Conclusion: The nursing of traditional Chinese medicine for postoperative patients can shorten discomfort, infection rate and incidence of complications after corne-al transplantation, and improve the life quality and shorten the recovery time for patients after operation.
