选取长三角地区为例，采用定性分析与定量分析相结合的研究方法，分析外商直接投资对产业结构调整的作用机理以及影响。利用协整检验、格兰杰因果关系检验和方差分解等方法进行实证分析。结果表明，长三角外商直接投资存在对产业结构调整的单向格兰杰因果关系；FDI与长三角三大产业之间存在长期的稳定协同关系， FDI产业间布局的变动与长三角产业结构的调整呈一定的一致性；外商直接投资对第二产业的贡献率最高，其次是第三产业；外商直接投资促进了长三角地区的产业结构调整与优化。在实证研究的基础上，从供给侧改革的视角出发，提出长三角地区要优化投资环境和引导外资流向，加强人力资本积累和吸收技术外溢。%Selecting the Yangtze River Delta as an example,this paper uses qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis methods to analyze the effect of foreign direct investment on industrial structure adjustment. The empirical analysis is based on cointegration test,Grainger causality test and variance decomposition method. The results show that the foreign direct investment in the Yangtze River Delta has a one-way Grainger causality relationship with the adjustment of industrial structure. The impact of FDI on industrial structure in Yangtze River Delta has a long-term stable cooperative relations and the adjustment of FDI industry layout is consistent with the change of industria l structure in Yangtze River Delta. The contribution rate of foreign direct investment to the second industry is the highest,followed by the third industry. Foreign direct investment promotes the adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure in the Yangtze River Delta region. On the basis of empirical research ,from the perspective of supply side reform,this study proposes to optimize the investment environment and guide the flow of foreign capital,strengthen the accumulation of human capital and absorption technology spillover.
