钢管混凝土质量超声波无损检测技术研究

         

摘要

钢管混凝土的质量缺陷对其整体受力影响较大,超声波无损检测技术可在不破坏钢管混凝土构件的前提下对其材料均匀性、缺陷大小、密实度、强度等进行检测且精度高,可靠性强。结合钢管混凝土超声波无损检测的基本原理,建立了钢管混凝土空洞估算模型、内部裂缝估算模型、小缺陷估算模型、剥离和空洞缺陷估算模型,通过对“声时”或“声速”的变化、接收信号能量衰减、信号频率变化、信号波形变化等进行分析,对钢管内混凝土超声波无损检测技术进行了论述,并结合工程实践应用验证了超声波无损检测技术在工程中具有十分重要的应用价值。%Mass defect of concrete filled steel tubular as a big influence in itself overall mechanical properties. On the base of no destruction,ultrasonic testing can find the cavity,crack,small defect,stripping and cavity and have high accuracy and reliability. According to the ultrasonic testing theory,we established different models of cavity, crack,small defect,stripping and cavity. We analyzed the variety of time and elocity of sound,the received signal energy attenuation,and the change of signal frequency and waveform. Finally,we discussed the application of ultrasonic testing and proved application value in the engineering practices.
