生态型城镇化建设是推进辽宁城镇化内涵式发展的重要途径。通过相关统计资料从能源消费构成、环境保护情况以及城市基础设施水平等方面对辽宁城镇化过程中的生态现状进行分析，提出辽宁生态型城镇化发展战略，即大力发展循环经济，构建生态环保体系，完善城市基础设施，搭建科学的公共服务平台。%Ecological urbanization construction is the significant way to promote Connotative Urbanization in Liaoning. Through the relevant statistical data from the energy consumption,environmental protection,urban infrastructure and other aspects,after analyzing the ecological status in the process of urbanization in Liaoning,the development strategy of Ecological Urbanization in Liaoning is put forward,which is to vigorously develop the circular economy, build eco environmental protection system,improve the urban infrastructure,and build a scientific public service platform.
