According to the ordering rule of two dimensional ordered double phase of the anionic surface active agent and inorganic cation,mesoscopic laminated structure of hydroxyapatites(MLHAs)was prepared by using lauric acid as structure directing agent in the mixed solvent system of ethanol/water. X-ray diffraction(XRD),infrared spectroscopy (IR)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM)were used to characterize the structure and formation mechanism of the products. The results show that the sample has ordered lamellar mesostructure with the periodic layer spacing of around 3.6 nm,which has a broad potential application in the field of biological medicine.%依据阴离子表面活性剂与无机阳离子二维有序双相排列的规律,以月桂酸作为结构导向剂,在乙醇/水的混合溶剂体系中,制备了介观层状结构的羟基磷灰石.通过X-射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(IR)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)对其结构以及形成机制进行表征,研究结果表明,所得样品具有有序的介观层状结构,周期性层间距约为3.6 nm,这一结果在生物医学领域有着广阔的应用前景.
