高浊度矿井水处理中絮凝剂的优选研究

         

摘要

For high turbidity mine water has water quality characteristics of high suspended solids content ,small particle size,small density and weak flocculant affinity ability. With homemade fly ash composite polymer flocculant, polyaluminium chloride and polymeric ferric sulfate as objects,optimizing experimental study was carried out. Through beaker test combined with reactor continuously expanding test sample method,the flocculating effect and the comprehensive cost is analyzed. The results show that:under the same reaction conditions,homemade fly ash composite polymer flocculant has the advantage in the processing effect and processing costs ,and is suitable for high turbidity with mine water treatment.%针对高浊度矿井水悬浮物含量大、粒径小、体积质量小、与絮凝剂亲和能力弱的水质特点,开展了以自制粉煤灰基复合高分子絮凝剂、聚合氯化铝、聚合硫酸铁为对象的优选试验研究。采用烧杯试验与反应器连续进样扩大试验相结合的方法,并就絮凝效果与综合成本进行分析。结果表明:在相同反应条件下,自制粉煤灰基复合高分子絮凝剂无论在普适性、处理效果,还是在处理成本方面都具有优势,适合在高浊度矿井水处理中推广拥有。
