结合河南省具体情况对产业集聚水平和城市化水平进行了测度，并对二者之间的关系进行了实证研究。结果表明，河南省第三产业集聚可以推动城市化水平的提高，第二产业集聚不能推动城市化的发展。最后就如何发挥产业集聚对河南省城市化的推动作用提出建议。%The level of industrial agglomeration and urbanization in Henan Province was measured,and then the relationship between industry agglomeration and urbanization was analyzed by using empirical method. The result showed that the third industrial agglomeration can promote the city level,and the second industrial agglomeration does not promote the development of the city in Henan Province. Finally,some suggestions were given for industrial agglomeration promoting the urbanization in Henan Province.
