运用因素比较法对黄河三角洲四大临港产业区的竞争力作出评价，明确优势与不足。秉承资源共享、优势互补的思想，为四大临港产业区的建设和发展提出个性化和一体化发展战略，充分发挥“长板效应”。基于竞合理论的区域经济发展规划，可以在区域自身发展壮大的同时，促进整个区域实力的壮大，避免恶性竞争，对区域经济发展起到良好的示范作用。%In this article we analyzed the competitiveness among industrial area by using the factor comparison method and analyzed their industrial structure,advantages and disadvantages. With the guidance of co-opetition,in accordance with resource sharing and complementary advantages,we put forward the specific integration of co-opetition and personalized co-opetition based on the analysis about industrial chain,industrial clusters and special industries,for giving full play to the“long board effect”. Then that they can focus on their own development while promoting the strength of the entire area,avoiding vicious competition. This can make exemplary role to the economic development of the whole area.
