B1 accumulation body near Jin’anqiao hydropower is huge and sliding. A brief introduction was carried out for its current condition and stability monitoring. Analysis focused on its surface deformation ,internal deforma-tion,changes in groundwater,the impact of impoundment to these changes. The stability of B1 accumulation body was evaluated and some corresponding measures were proposed.%金沙江金安桥水电站B1崩塌堆积体是一巨型滑移型崩塌堆积体。对其目前的工况和稳定性监测进行了简要介绍，重点对其表观变形、深部变形、地下水位的变化以及蓄水对这些变化带来的影响进行了分析。对B1崩塌堆积体的稳定体做出评价并提出了相应的应对措施。
