This article mainly discusses the agricultural wastewater irrigation and its ecological environment problems in Shandong province Dongying City that located in the mouth of the Yellow River after 2008. Investigation discovery, shows that there is scarce precipitation,and the agricultural irrigation mainly rely on the surface water with certain pollutants. Long-term using of the sewage irrigation has not only led to a large number of crop reduction of output or crops,but also polluted the soil environment,affecting the sustainable development of agriculture and rural economy. After several years of management,the majority of the river are the basic standards. However,different rivers’water quality varies greatly,especially in the dry season,pollution situation of partial river sections is still very grim. About this,it was suggested to strengthen environmental early warning and monitoring,accelerate the pollution control and water conservancy construction,increase the seasonal and regional adjustment,continuously improve irrigation combining sprinkler irrigation,drip irrigation and cleaning implement mixed filling,to ensure the ecological environment change steadily.% 主要考察2008年以来地处黄河入海口的山东省东营市农业污灌及其带来的生态环境问题。调查发现，这里降水稀少，农业灌溉主要依靠带有一定污染物的地表水，污灌问题应运而生。长期使用污水灌溉既导致了农作物大量减产或绝收，同时也污染了土壤环境，影响了当地农业和农村经济的可持续发展。经过几年治理，多数河水都已基本达标。但是，不同河流水质差别很大，尤其在旱季，部分河流断面污染形势依然十分严峻。对此，必须加强环境预警与监测，加快污染治理与水利建设，加大季节与地区间调节力度，不断改进灌溉技术，实行喷灌、滴灌与清污混灌相结合，确保农业生态环境的稳步改观。
