基于模糊层次的航空备件联合库存控制系统评估

         

摘要

The aircraft parts are characterized by large quantity,high cost and uncertain demand and hence their guaranty becomes rather difficult. This study proposes a jointly inventory guaranty model to reduce cost and increase performance for parts guaranty,and applies fuzzy comprehensive hierarchy theory to evaluate the performance of the control system. Firstly we establish performance evaluation levels model of jointly inventory control system. And then by using fuzzy analytic theory,we categorize various factors to build up judgment set and further to define the weights of each judgment factor,also construct the appraisal model on jointly inventory control system of aircraft parts based on fuzzy hierarchy with the appraisal’s results being quantized. Finally we introduce an application of this method in a sample aircraft manufacturer’s jointly inventory control system to verify its effectiveness.%民用飞机备件具有量大、成本高和需求不确定等特点,这极大地加大了备件的保障难度。为了降低备件保障费用,提高保障效能,提出了“联合库存”的保障模式,并应用模糊综合层次理论对该控制系统的效能进行评估。首先建立联合库存控制系统的效能评估层次模型,然后运用模糊分析理论对各因子分类,建立评判集,确定各评判因子权重,建立基于模糊层次的航空备件联合库存控制系统评估模型,量化评估结果,最后通过某飞机制造商的联合库存控制系统验证该评估方法的有效性。
