Based on the analysis of the concept of core competence by the domestic and overseas scholars, this paper puts forward the evolution model of differential equations of core competitiveness. The parameters of organiza-tional evolution model of general formula is different for different organizational core competitiveness .but these parameters must meet the model to get chaotic state. In order to facilitate the computer software to simulate the differential equations, this paper is using Rossler differential equation,and using the Matlab software to simulate the easy operation simulation. This research will be a guidance of reconstructing organizational structure, and the core competitive ability will be keeping exuberant and stable.%在分析国内外学者关于组织核心竞争力概念的基础上,提出组织核心竞争力概念及其演化微分方程组模型的一般表达式.对于该微分方程组模型,不同的组织核心竞争力有不同的参数,但这些参数必须满足使该模型达到混沌状态才有现实意义.为了方便计算机软件模拟该微分方程组,借鉴Rossler微分方程,通过Matlab软件模拟仿真运算简单直观地表现了组织的结构影响因素如何影响组织核心竞争力序参量的转化过程.通过该研究有益于指导组织改进自身结构,逐步达到满意的发展状态,保持旺盛而稳定的核心竞争能力.
