By different method,account and analysis the Qinhe river flood water moving capacity at present, based on the lower reaches of Qinhe river watercourse scour and alluvium since 1950, forecast 50 years aftertime changes, it can provides the science foundations for controlling flood in Qinhe river.%通过不同的计算方法,分析了沁河下游现状河道行洪能力,并根据1950年以来的资料分析了沁河下游冲淤变化和平均淤积速率,对未来50年河道行洪能力变化进行了预测,为沁河下游河道防洪提供了科学依据.
